The owner of the country area or private house with a garden annually faces the problem of dry branches. You have to periodically cut the bushes, cut the branches of trees. In most cases, all this is burned, but, on the one hand, a special fire-fighting mode can be introduced, and a large fine can be obtained for the ignition of the fire, and even the cut branches can serve. So that they turn into a useful material, it is possible to make a homemade chopper for brangle-based branches without much effort.
Preparation of materials

The tool itself on the rods will be fixed using a metal bracket welded to fittings. At both of its ends there must be a carving for bolts, from the opposite side, a metal plate with holes is put on the bracket, and a pair of bolts are tightened from above.
Cover for housing
It would be impractical to make the housing, so you need to take care of the removable lid . The second square metal sheet must be equipped with wide washers on both sides, and, accordingly, to spend a pair of bolts on the housing. Using nuts, it turns out to close and open the case if necessary.
