Homemade compressor with your own hands
I want to share the next homemade, the idea of which was the articles from the Great and Mighty Internet. Seeing once a homemade compressor from the fire extinguisher - caught fire the idea and for a long time (because there was no urgent need) collected components. In which include:
1. The engine from the refrigerator is the compressor itself!
2. Receiver which keeps pressure.
3. Relay pressure- includes and disconnects the engine.
4. Pressure gauge on it can be determined by the pressure in the receiver.
5. Reducer reduction gear - so that the air flow of the air was uniform and can be adjusted.
6. Water separator. Separates condensate, as the air is cooled when compressed. And the water when working for example with an airbrush can make a lot of trouble.
7. Filter gasoline (automotive)
8. Any kind of tees, couplings, adapters, etc. etc. Since the connection scheme to the compressor is not standardized and many options can be used.
9. Well, the wires and hoses.
Unfortunately there are no photos of the phased assembly. But on the end, it can be seen what hired and how!
This option has not yet been completed as the frame of 15x15 mm tubes will be welded under it.
My version of the compressor was manufactured under the airbrush. Its operating pressure is about 2 bar. Therefore, I had a tank from the reserx to refueling air conditioners (its maximum pressure is 3.2 bar).
The engine connected through the switch (so as not to run to the outlet), from the pressure relay. On the tube suction air put the coarse filter (gasoline). Air supply tube connect with the receiver. The third tube is to replace the engine oil, it should remain sealed if there is no closure to its plug.
At the output from the receiver, we put a pressure reduction reducer, after it is a filter moisture separator. Everything can be connected to the airbrush and forward! In my case learn! Whole is already creating!
