You can make quickly inexpensive doors with OSB plates and professional sheet. This door can be used for household buildings, such as a barn, toilet and others. It is done quickly and with minimal cash investment.

First of all, we will prepare all the necessary materials:

• OSB plate, 10-15 mm thick;
• leaf of the professionalist;
• Profile for mounting drywall UD;
• Tool: Screwdriver, Bulgarian, Electrolovik.

From the stove you need to cut the door leaf of suitable size.

We reinforme the perimeter of the plate using the UD profile, secure it on the self-tapping screw.

Since the UD profile is a bit thick of the OSB plate we need a pair of wooden plates to securely fasten the sheet of professional flooring.

These wooden bars will serve as additional ribbies.

Cut the desired size sheet of professional flooring.

With the help of screws, fasten the carved sheet of professional flooring to the door canvase.

From a piece of plywood you can make two handles and fasten to the door.

That's all, we made doors with our own hands. It remains only to install them. The cost of such doors was about $ 20.
