Philip Stark Project House

Two-storey national economical housing of the legendary designer Phillipa Stark is located near Paris in a picturesque ecologically clean area of Monfortor L'amori. Here, a very often famous designer with his wife Jasmine loves to spend free time or weekend. Having created the Eco House team in 2014, Phillip Stark embodied his project with increased demands on environmental, economic and energy-saving new technologies. As a result of testing and studies for several years, the designer managed to produce a fairly successful economical masterpiece with the roofs installed on the roof planted in the roof and wind generators producing twice as much energy required for accommodation in the eco house. Thanks to the appearance, such a building is very successful with nature and imperceptibly fits into the local landscape.

Such a house can purchase anyone wishing from 2.5 to 4.5 thousand euros per square meter, pose for itself with the help of a special computer program the right solution of the appearance of the roof and facade, desired area (from 140 to 350 square meters), quantities Floors (one or two) and rooms (from one to eight). Consisting of wooden modules and a glass facade, the house is assembled within six months as a designer. Depending on the climate, where the house is installed, thermal insulation is performed on the basis of cellulose, fiberglass or stone wool. Huge panoramic windows include triple glazing with a thickness of 63 millimeters. It is allowed to install an additional wind generator, solar battery or a system that collects rainwater.

Interior

A two-story building, inside with spruce panels, a building, from the roof of which hangs evergreen ivy, consists of a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a terrace, a guest, a bedroom and a bathroom. Located in the green area of trees, from all sides, surrounded by chic lawns, Eco room includes a pool with a hydraulic platform regulating the desired depth. Interior design is harmoniously assembled from vintage furniture, branded things and items created by the owner of the house.

Terrace

The wooden floor and the terrace ceiling are made of tick boards. In the form of decoration and for convenience, there is a collectible wooden garden furniture and a glass fiber branded armchair, called "elephant", having a foot support in the form of a trunk and armrests in the form of ears.

Living room

The living room separated from the terrace with glass sliding partitions does not have two identical furniture items that were purchased in the flea market separately.
