From old cans and fallen leaves, you can make very beautiful candlesticks. They will serve you for a long time, reminding at any time of the year about walks in the autumn park.
Materials
To make autumn candlesticks with your own hands, prepare in advance:
- fallen leaves of yellow, orange and red colors;
- Glass jars;
- glue for decoupage;
- Candles;
- brush;
- napkins;
- scissors;
- stationery gum;
- Newspapers.
Step 1 . To begin with, collect leaves. Leaves collect warm shades. Select them at your own discretion. They must be integer and clean.
Step 2. . Napkin wipe the leaves from dust and fold them into the newspaper between the sheets to align. Close the newspaper and press it from above with books. A few days later you can use leaves for further work.
Step 3. . Cuttings prepared leaves cut with scissors.
Step 4. . Clean banks from labels and thoroughly dry.
Step 5. . Brush moisten in a glue for decoupage and cover them the entire outer surface of the jar.
Step 6. . Gently start laying out the prepared leaves. For each leaflet, pass on top of a finger, woven, to remove air. Over the cover sheet with another layer of glue for decoupage. Similarly, stick to the bank and the remaining leaves. Some of them can lay out with overgrowth on each other, so your candlestick will look more interesting.
Step 7. . The leaves in some places can be discharged so that it is not, you can consolidate them in these places by stationery rubber bands.
Step 8. . Leave the candlestick drying away for a day. After that, remove the gum and insert lit candles into jars.
Your original candlestick is ready!
