What do you need to work? For a simple decoupage, tights will require the following materials and tools:

• PVA glue;
• any categorous tights (better to take a large size, then you can do a lot of volumetric folds);
• Liquid removal (or alcohol) for degreasing the bottle surface;
• acrylic paints;
• coating varnish;
• Brushes.

1. Divide PVA glue with water in proportion 1: 1 in a sufficiently deep and wide capacity to fit tights there (for example, you can cut off the lower part of the plastic bottle);

1. Soak the cut stocking in the glue solution and let it be so impregnated;

1. Tension stocking on the bottle and give it the desired shape. You can leave a smooth place, "window" for further decoupage, make twisted or volumetric folds, twist and tie the tights in flowers, such as, for example, on this photo:

1. Secure tights from the neck of the bottle. If the bottle is empty, then the neck can be blocked or used as consolidation. If the bottle is closed and complete, then you need to remember that it will need to open, and do not decorate the cork. Surplus tights can be cut off;

1. Give the bottle to dry. It may take about two days. You can, of course, climb the hairdryer, but better natural drying;

1. It remains the most interesting - painting the bottle. You can use acrylic paints and brushes, you can cover the bottle with aerosol paints. When painting a bottle, remember that the folds are best emphasized and paint their other paint, for example, silver or golden. Also, the paint may be darker in the folds, sharing them;

1. Let me dry the bottle again, and then cover the lacquer.

Note: If the tights were broken during operation or let "arrows", do not worry. Especially large holes can be covered with drape or an additional decor (with the help of glue), and the "arrows" can be simply painted at the stage of painting.
