Using a simple light bulb and a papier-mache technique, try to make such a funny penguin. This craft is suitable for children from 8 years old and older.
Materials
Prepare everything you need:
- light bulb;
- newspaper;
- paste for modeling papier-mache;
- acrylic paint;
- running eyes for crafts;
- Handicraft foam;
- trimming fabric;
- glue;
- brushes;
- scissors.
Step 1 . First, impose several layers of the newspaper on the light bulb in Papier Masha technique. This will not only give the texture to our craft, but also protects the fragile light bulb. All papier-mache layers should dry carefully, only after that you can start up to the next step.
Step 2. . Covered the entire paint light bulb. We give paint to dry.
Step 3. . Black paint cover the light bulb so that it becomes like a pingguin's body. Look at our photo, you can use it as an example.
Step 4. . Stick your eye penguin, as shown in the photo.
Step 5. . From an orange foam cut the beak.
Step 6. . Also, cut the paws from the orange foam and glue them to the body.
Step 7. . Take a trim of fabric, about 5 cm x 7.5 cm. Attach a penguin to the head and make a hat. See drawing. Get it.
Step 8. . From another piece of fabric, cut the strip and tie it on the header.
Step 9. . Make a few cuts on the header to get a fringe. Penguin is ready. You can put it on the shelf or hang by sticking to the tape.
