- self-tapping screws 16 x 3 mm;
- washers;
- Four screws of 5 cm;
- Wooden lacquer with glossy effect.
Step 1 . From a piece of metal you will need to cut 8 parts of different sizes. In the form - it is a trapezoid. The maximum length of the first element is 15 cm, the minimum is 10 cm. Consider it when cutting. Each detail is reduced by 1 - 2 cm. After the metal components are ready, drill in them holes for fastenings and pass the side parts and the entire surface as a whole.
For convenience, details templates can prepare and transfer to the metal in advance.
Step 2. . Each wooden bar saw into two parts. As a result, you should have two elements of 30 cm and two more 15 and 17 cm.
Step 3. . Using self-tapping screws, screw metal parts to two wooden bars of 30 cm.
Step 4. . Cross wooden parts with large screws attach to two side wooden components.
Step 5. . Remove all self-tapping screws and paint metal parts to the desired colors. Give the paint thoroughly dry.
Step 6. . Painted metal phones attach back to the wooden base of the musical instrument, observing the sequence: a wooden base, a flat washer, a metal part, self-tapping screw.
Step 7. . Fully cover the musical instrument lacquer from the canister. Varnish in a thin layer.
