He began with the fact that he planned an exemplary layout in SolidWorks and purchased the details. The wheels acquired Chinese, used in light quad bikes, trailers etc. The motor used Lifan 6.5 l / s, the Honda GX200 clone used in Karting. The engine bought immediately with the gearbox and automatic clutch.

Next, built a stapel for welding frame. I want to say that it was the right solution, because it allowed to build a frame with proper geometry, which influenced the driving qualities and controllability of the motovissee.

The construction of the Motovissee coincided with the revival of the ash workshop (the previously lost with all equipment with rather unpleasant circumstances), so equipment was very small. In connection with this, the frame decided to build from a rectangular steel profile.

In the process of working on the motovisters, I found in Togliatti a contector, which makes interesting gearboxes for such equipment. From standard Chinese, they differ from dry clutch, more successful gear ratios and, most importantly, the presence of a lower transmission. I threw a regular Chinese gearbox and replaced it to Togliatti. So the future mard of the automatic transmission with "Redeyakaya", like adult SUVs.

Departure all the autumn 2019 and winter 2019 on it, I decided to fix the departures found. First of all, it was touched by the frame. The frame from the rectangular profile was too heavy, which affected the total mass of the mold. In addition, because of its large width in the upper part of a mid-growth person, it was not convenient to ride, because I had to put legs very widely.

To fix it, Rama decided to remake completely. This time it was made from a round tube D = 30mm. I already had a pipe bender, so it was gently bend the pipe of the problem did not make up. Collected on the same shell:

Because of the big workload for the main work, this project was moving very slowly, and completely gather the device again managed only recently. There were no tests of the new design yet, the photo with the new frame is not yet.
