To get started, it is necessary to measure the girth of the ankle and calculate how much the loops need it. It will be the width of our cuff. Next, knit 2 × 2 elastic (2 facial, 2 irons, and then in drawing).
After performing the required number of rows, the "facial" pattern is approaching the heel. We remove half the loops on the pin or an extra needle. The remaining loops insert such a height, which will be at the heel.
Then the heel begins to curve. The "working" half, which we accumulated, is divided into three parts, the side must necessarily contain the same amount of penets. The first "sidewall" knit in the drawing, all loops of the middle, except the last, too. The extreme penetration of the central part and the initial second "sidewalks" connect and check as 1 facial (hereinafter, it will be called "combined" facial loop). The work turns over. The first loop is removed. All loops, in addition to the last middle, knit off, extreme and first - "combined" invalid. We turn work again. This stage is repeated until all the loops disappear from the "sideways", that is, until the central loops will not leave on the spokes.
