Soft plaid is always useful in the farm, if you still do such a thing personally, then its value increases many times. Under the cozy blanket, it is good to warm over winter evenings, you can wrap in it and enjoy your favorite book. In this master class, we offer sew plaid from the fleece with their own hands. Such fabric is very simple in processing and sewing. The advantages of the fleece can be attributed to its ease and the fact that it is very warm.
Required materials and tools:
- Multicolored fabrics for squares;
- monochromatic cloth for binding squares;
- Fleece;
- threads;
- large pins;
- transparent line;
- Iron and ironing board;
- scissors;
- chalk for fabric;
- Portnovo needles;
- sewing machine.
Cut the details
So, to sew plaid from the fleece with your own hands, cut out the details. Cut 25 squares from different fabrics with a size of 25.5x25.5 cm. Cut the one-photon fabric for forty strips with a length of 25.5 cm. From the tissue for binding you need to cut six 8x strips width, sixteen squares 6.5x6.5 cm. Cut from the fleece square 148x148 cm.
We sew the first squares
Start sewing from top to bottom left right. Fold the first square with a strip for binding, and attach to it the second square. You should have four pairs. Sust them together on the sewing machine. Following our scheme, gradually sew the squares.
Stick strips
Fold together four small squares and five strips of fabric, alternating them with each other, to sew one vertical strip for binding. There are four such strips. Sew the details on the sewing machine. Repeat for the three remaining strips.
Sew the top with squares
When you are sewn five vertical squares with their horizontal stripes, a vertical strip with squares to their sides. To do this, fold the details together by the personal parties. Stretch on the sewing machine along the long side. Continue to sew the remaining squares and strips, alternating them: sew the vertical stripes to the squares, sew squares to strips.

Sefers fly
Place the part of the fleece on the working surface, and apply the part with squares on top. Make on each of the 16 small squares of a white yarn bow. Whole batting needles with a detail with squares and step on the sewing machine throughout the perimeter. Take the ribbons to edge blankets and sew them into one. Fold the resulting strip in half and start it. Attach the top edge of the strip to one side of the blanket, as shown in the photo. Stretch on the sewing machine. Then attach the ribbon, capturing the other side of the blanket, and again step on the typewriter around the perimeter of the plaid. If you wish, you can sew the second edge of the tape manually, as we did. Plaid from fleece with your own hands ready!
