Modern Christmas toys are made mainly of plastic. This is a practical, cheap and safe material for children. We invite you to make alternative plastic Christmas decorations, which will be made only from natural materials and are painted manually. They will cost you in a penny.
Materials
To make Christmas tree decorations with their own hands, you will need:
- A branch of a small diameter (dry, not freshly replenished, but not drowned);
- saw;
- sandpaper;
- Tool for burning on wood;
- Acrylic or watercolor paints;
- primer artistic;
- roulette;
- pencil;
- rod;
- copy paper;
- twine;
- brushes;
- sparkles dry;
- PVA glue;
- paper;
- scissors.
Step 1 . You will need to cut the cooked branch to small, the same sleeve width. For marking can use roulette and pencil. In this case, the width of the product was 5 mm.
To cut the branch, use the hacksaw, circular saw or another primary tool.
Step 2. . In each of the sleeps, make a hole for the twine with a drill.

You can use watercolor or acrylic paints, we first recommend to apply primer, because the tree will absorb material and pigment will not be so bright and saturated.
