Two circles with one center are drawn on paper. The diameter of the circles: 5 cm and 12 cm. From the angle of the second sheet, the semicircle is noted, while the length of the circular step is equal to 13.5 cm. The outlined figures are cut. With the help of the resulting patterns, parts made of felt are formed.
Next is made with a brush for a hat. A rectangle is cut out of a lilac felt 5 to 7 cm. With a short side along the long cuts of a depth of 5 cm. Strips are preferably doing thinner.
On the other short side of the rectangle, the angles are cut off so that the form of a triangle is. The resulting billet is twisted into a brush. The brush is superimposed on the detail in the form of a triangle, to the top of the angle, and is sewn into the tone of the main product.
Now you can minimize the triangle in the form of a cone. In this case, the base of the cap must coincide with the diameter with the inner circle of the second part.
