Lotus flowers are the most ancient flowers on our land. This miracle of nature existed on the planet another 100 million years ago. Lotus personifies the revival of the Sun, and therefore any other revival, resumption of vitality, the return of youth, immortality. In this article we will tell you how to make a lotus of paper, the same beautiful as during flowering.

The process of manufacturing a beautiful lotus can be traced on the example of a master class in the Origami technique with their own hands. You will need two colors of double-sided colored paper, scissors, pencil, line and threads.
Cut the twelve stripes, the size of 16 * 8 cm, given that four should be green, and the rest are any other, for example, pink.
We fold the strip in half, as shown in the photo.
Then we deploy and place the corners of the rectangle to the middle.
We convey the bottom of the strip to the middle.
Then we convey the top part.
I turn the part.
Bend in half as shown in the photo.
Using this scheme, gently fold all twelve strips.
Take a double thread with a length of 30 cm. Distribute parts in a handful, 4 modules on each side.
Connect colored modules. Then we insert one green blank.
Four blanks should come out.
We fold them to each other and wind in the middle of the thread.
Note! Now bend the workpiece in such a way to get the rays of snowflakes.
I turn over the lotus.
Large fingers push out, and lifting up the petals.
We raise all the petals alternately, not missing.
Then raise the second layer of petals.
