For Halloween my little daughter decided to be a princess. I quickly silent her dress from the old T-shirt and Tulle, it remained only to add a bit of accessories. We wondered: what hats are princesses? On the aid, Disney cartoons came to help - of course, the caps! Today I will tell you how to make a cap with your own hands, which perfectly complement the image of your little princess!
Required materials and tools:
- 1 meter tulle;
- paper;
- scissors;
- glue;
- tape.
Paper base
Make a paper cap is not difficult. It is enough to cut a trapeze and glue it. I will give you my sizes, but you definitely measure the circle of your baby's head before starting work, and if they are very different from the provided, make your calculations. So, the base of the trapezium should be 21 inches, the vertex is 4 inches, and the side length is 16 inches. Draw a trapeze on your sheet of paper and cut out. You should work out as in the photo.
Add tulle
We continue to work. Put in front of us Tulle. Put the paper part of the cap on it so that about 1 inches remains to the fabric niz. Now retreat from each edge of a trapezoid 1 inches (except Niza, where we have already done it) and spend the line with a pencil. Cut tulle on this line. Now put a paper part of the trapezion to the top of the fabric and repeat the indentation. Cut. You must have a figure in the shape of an hourglass.
Glue cone

Slide the side sides of the paper trapezion among themselves. To do this, apply on the upper side of one of the edges of the glue strip and press the second edge on top. Slide a little with your fingers, spending along the whole line of gluing. Now apply glue to the top of the paper cap, along its bottom. Get tulle, wrapping a paper cone into it. Also stick and at the top of the cap. The second part of the tulle must hang out freely - this is our little loop.

Having performed the cap to his princess, I realized that it should somehow fix it on my head. Otherwise, we will not have time to get out of the house, as my active child will lose it. I think you will have the same problem. Therefore, I suggest you make a cap with your own hands with strings. Take 50 cm thin tape, fold it twice and cut. Out of the ends of the lighter so that they do not crawl. And glue one end of the ribbon to two sides of the cap. Now it's ready! Tie it.
