Simple homemade fixture for cutting ribbons from plastic bottles

Take a wooden bar.
We draw in the middle.
We saw with a hacksaw along the drawn track. This groove will dress a bottle.
Then placing longitudinal lines. They will be installed in the blade. So that you can cut a bottle of noodles of different widths - we make several grooves for installing the blade.
In depth, we cut on the blade width from the stationery knife.
Grind the sandpaper all the grooves.
We score two nails and bend them. Like this:
We insert the blade into the desired groove and fix nails.
Cut off the plastic bottle of the bottom and put it on our new device. We cut a bottle of tape.
