After accidents or damage, it is often possible to observe rust on cars. In our case, the car is quite old (Volkswagen Golf 1985 release) and is used as the first training vehicle. Therefore, the method of removal of stains may not come up with a new car.
Step 1: Inspection
Most often rust appear above the wheel and in the area of this part of the body.
Using jack and other devices, remove the wheel and raise the car for visibility of the whole situation as a whole.
Step 2: Removing Painting
Cover the car so that the dust does not get, and around the rust space remove the paint layer with a grinding tool.
Step 3: Rust Removal
Slowly and gently process a rusty place with a grinding wheel, not forgetting about light spots. Remember that you can inappropriate damage to your car if you press the tool strongly.
As soon as they got rid of the problem, we use sandpaper on the treated surface.
Step 4: Cooking
It will take 1 can with dirt paint, and the second is under the color of our car.
Mix the water with soap. After drying, we pass emery paper (graininess 400). Before painting in the main color it is better to cover the car with newspapers, as shown in the pictures.
Step 5: Paint
When painting, try to hold the same thickness of the applied layer. Complete 3 layers of soil paint (we are waiting for about 2 minutes before applying each layer). We are waiting for 1 day. In our case, two additional layers of primer were imposed. This is done at will.
Step 6: Wash
The paint should dry around 3 days.
After final drying, you can wash the car.
In general, this method is much more economical for money than if I had to give the car to the service.
