Cause No. 1 of the blink of LED and energy-saving lamps
If you have switches with LED or neon backlight, when installing economy lamps (they are also called energy-saving or compact fluorescent) when the light is turned off, they begin to blink. The same situation is observed with some (cheap Chinese) LED lamps. The short-term inclusion occurs - on the split seconds - and instantaneous shutdown. It repeats this is quite often every in a couple of seconds.
The reason is simple. LED LED or fluorescent light bulb when the light is turned off due to the presence of the backlight LED power circuit and the features of the device of these lamps. Unlike incandescent lamps, energy-saving and LED lamps work from DC 12 V. But they are connected to the network of 220 V, and the conversion occurs in the base of the lamp, where the diode bridge is mounted and the condenser is a diagram transforming 220 V alternating current in 12 V .
Switch backlight power supply circuit creates conditions for the charge of a lamp capacitor

They are small, but they are enough to keep the capacitor in the lamp to accumulate the charge sufficient for the lamp start (which is installed in the lamp basement). As a result, the lamp lights up. But, since the charge is still too small and there is no normal feeding, the lamp quickly goes away. So it turns out the blink.
Sometimes - with some switches - the lamps do not blink, but burn in the heat. This is because the resistance that stands in the backlight power circuit is not enough. As a result of the current, there is enough for maintaining a small charge of the condenser. Therefore, it turns out that the lamps are lit when the light is turned off. - At least 470 com or 680 com with backlight on the LED (selected in place).

Create parallel lamp chain with less resistance
If you connect the resistor in parallel with the lamp, the current will go on its heating, the capacitor of the lamp will remain without a charge of flashing. The resistor is usually taken at 50 kΩ and the power of 2 W, the wires are sprinkled to it, then isolate, leaving only two wires for connecting. It can be cooled with a tape, can be a shrink tube.
First, insulate the location of the connection of conductors and the resistance legs, after another layer of insulation, which also closes the resistor. Currents are small, heating, if it is, then very insignificant, but with such a two-layer insulation, this alteration is safe.
Carefully insulate all areas without isolation
There are two ways to install this resistor: in the junction box or directly on the lamp. It is only important that it is connected parallel to the lamp.

For the same places, connect the previously prepared resistor. It is much safer. In the junction box, the connection occurs similarly. You need to find two wires that go to the lamp, and in the same contacts to connect additional conductors. After such a rework, the light flashes will not be. But if you are not strong in the electrician, be very neat. And once again we remind you all these works should be carried out with a power-off-shield.
Cause # 2 and its elimination
If you have a switch without backlight, and the LED or economy lamp flashes when the light is turned off, then there is an error in the connection. Most likely, the switch is not broken on the switch, as it should be, but zero. In addition, it is very dangerous, leads to this phenomenon - the blink of some lamps.
When the switch is properly connected, the phase is breaking the key.
It is eliminated by correcting the error - it is necessary to check on which of the wires is the phase and correctly connect the switch. If on this line all switches are incorrectly connected, you can cross the wires on the shield. If only part - you have to do this on each incorrectly connected switch.
Cause # 3: why the light blinks if everything is connected correctly
Sometimes the switch without backlight, and the phase comes on it, and the light blinks with the light off when the light is turned off. Then the reason is in poor wiring condition. It may be in contact, and maybe in problems with isolation. If the contacts can be tightened, brew, resettle, then problems and insulation are solved only by the complete wiring replacement.
