Dryers with independent suspension is a bit more complicated in the installation. All crossbars are attached to two straps on the ceiling, but each of them is a rope, which allows you to lower / raise the rods for padding. So when installing, except for the installation of the crossbar on the ceiling, it is necessary to fix on the nearby wall another bar on which ropes are fixed. The crossbars in the ceiling dryers of this type can be made of plastic, steel coated with powder enamel (GIMI) or aluminum (liana). You can find wooden crossbars and other manufacturers, but those listed above are represented by a large number of models.

Wall-mounted models

The most famous model is a wall dryer for linen on a balcony with a twine mounted on opposite walls. In the homemade versions in the wall hooks or attached a plank on which all the same hooks are fixed (it can be built up nails). Between these hooks stretched the twine / thin ropes. It is a long-known option. Not the most aesthetic, but the cheapest and very common.

Advanced and refined option - a laundry dryer on a balcony with twisted ropes. It consists of two parts: stationary, which is attached to one of the walls, and the mobile, which is attached to the opposite wall before hanging underwear, and remove when it dried and removed.

This type of dryers can be called optimal price / quality combination. Modern plastics are quite durable material that can withstand the load from linen, it is not very expensive and for a long time does not change its performance characteristics. But in the supporting structures, especially in places of the combination of legs of folding floor models - the presence of plastics is undesirable. Here for plastic is all the same too much load.

The combination of characteristics will determine how convenient or not to use a specific model. For example, for drying bed linen, the optimal rods of at least 2 meters long. In this case, any part of the double set can be hung without folding.

The amount of linen that can be twisted at a time is determined by the total length of the rods. It is usually in the description, but if not, you can multiply the number of rods to the length. So we get the same characteristic. Then, understandable thing, the more digit, the more linen you can hang. But, on the other hand, the greater space on the balcony or loggia will need to be removed under the dryer.
