In addition, these solutions can safely fill the floor under the heating system of any type. The high strength of the solidary solution allows it to be used to finish even inclined surfaces, as well as for embedding substantial height drops.
Aligning solutions are manufactured based on cement. It is best to even emphasize the concrete surfaces that need to be cleaned in advance, dry and degrease. When repairing the old floor, you need to completely get rid of the residues of the old screed, tile or other glue and other substances.
Preparation of a solution takes only a few minutes - it is necessary only to dilute it with water and mix twice with a slight break. Specifications, low consumption and hardening speed pay off relatively high cost of dry mixtures.
Features of the leveling mixture
Specifications of a solution of Wetonite 3000 suggest the formation of a layer with a thickness of no more than 5 mm. Model 5000 allows fill with a thickness of up to 50 mm. With such a thickness, easy leveling of material and high strength is provided. The mixture is suitable for processing concrete floors and is applied manually.

Performance should be carried out in the room without drafts. The air temperature should be not lower than 10 and not higher than 25 degrees. Humidity must be maintained at no more than 90%. After applying the mixture, you need to leave it for a day, preventing the appearance of air flows in the room.
The base for applying a leveling solution should be designed from concrete with a strength of at least 1 MPa. As preparation from concrete, a surface layer is removed, for which it can be used milling or grinding equipment. After that, the surface must be spent, remove oil spots and dirt.

Dry the solution should be indoors with a temperature above 20 degrees. In this case, the initial frost will occur after a few hours.
